By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


Eligibility

RustSkinTrade only permits access to individuals who are at least 18 years old, with each user limited to a single account. Corporate entities and organizations are not allowed to register or maintain accounts.

RustSkinTrade reserves the right to deny registration at its discretion.

RustSkinTrade may impose conditions on account usage, including verification of registration details, monitoring of transaction history, and restrictions on services in certain regions. For a list of restricted countries, please contact support.


Buying Skins

To purchase skins on our platform, follow these steps:

  1. Authorise using your Steam account and provide your Steam trade link.
  2. Add funds to your account using your preferred payment method.
  3. Browse through our skin library and choose desired skins.
  4. Complete the checkout process.
  5. Receive an email with a Steam friend request.
  6. Add the seller as a Steam friend.
  7. Skins will be transferred to you as soon as possible, after any active trade lock/restriction cools down (if any). Normally, can take up to 7 days.

 
Refund & Return Policy

Users can request returns within 15 days of receiving skins if:

  • The skins do not match the description.
  • The skins were not delivered.
To initiate a return, contact support with the reason and follow the return instructions provided. Refunds will be credited to the user's account after verifying the returned items.


Company’s Right to Refuse Sale

We reserve the right to decline a transaction due to:

  • Lack of stock.
  • A previous refund request from the user.
  • Failure to add us as a Steam friend within the required timeframe.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances preventing trade completion. 
If a sale is declined, the purchase amount will be refunded to the user's account.

   
Account Funds

Funds in the user’s account can be used for future purchases on our website.


Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes occur, users will be notified via email or through an announcement on our website.


Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the full agreement between you and RustSkinTrade regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Waiver

RustSkinTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed 50 GBP.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or flawless operation of our services. Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for ensuring their own cybersecurity measures against potential threats.
